PURCHASING AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

PURCHASING PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Purchases share of the project "turnover" is 30-90% depending on project type. We take care of the project purchasing activities with the overall responsibility or just support the Customer's Purchasing Management. Purchasing planning and execution can include supplier sourcing, evaluation and control.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

Selection of a good supplier is very important. Evaluation of the supplier needs to be done during the whole project. This service includes the following Supplier Management tasks; finding, evaluation, selection recommendation and supervision of suppliers.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

We participate into contract drafting or can manage the entire contract preparation to the extent agreed. Our service include to propose and prepare appropriate contract, ensuring the success of functions.

DELIVERY CONTROL AND LOGISTICS

We provide also supply and supplier control for the executed purchases. Delivery Control can also include delivery planning and manufacturing control. In all cases, delivery control include control of shipping, storaging and arrival of the delivery.
